Transparent Pricing
We price by load volume — you only pay for the space you use. Prices shown are starting estimates; your final quote is always confirmed before we begin.
All pricing includes labour, loading, transport, and disposal fees. The prices listed are approximate starting points — not fixed rates. Final cost depends on the complexity of the job. Some loads require extra labour or power tools to disassemble large, awkward, or built-in items before they can be hauled out. That additional work is reflected in the final price, which we'll always discuss with you upfront before anything gets started.

A flat $50 additional fee applies to loads containing natural or organic materials — branches, stumps, sod, dirt, and similar yard waste — due to specialized disposal requirements.
Jobs outside our primary service area may incur a travel surcharge. We'll always tell you upfront — no surprise charges on the day. See our Coverage section for zone details.
Some jobs require more than just hauling — if items need to be disassembled using power tools (built-in shelving, large furniture, bulky structures), or if access is difficult, the added labour time will be reflected in the final price. We'll always walk you through it before we start.
